Some organizations/consumers are receiving an email titled "eNFact" which is posing as a monitoring company that lists (fake) debit card transactions, trying to get the consumer to click on a link contained in the emai.  The email tells the consumer they must click on the link in order to complete a case resolution form, to keep from being responsible for the recent "fraud" charges.  Clicking the link can result in harmful software being downloaded to your computer.  If you encounter this email, DO NOT click the link.  In fact the safest way to handle is not even to open the email, but to delete it immediately.  Always call one of your ESCU branches should you have questions regarding your account or related transactions.
